This classic Cape Cod/Nantucket home is accentuated with authentic lighting fixtures illuminating a circular drive in the front and a separate “family entrance” driveway to the garage on the right.

The spacious Kitchen features a concrete island counter, soap stone counters, knotty-alder cabinets with a heated stone floor.
The fireplace separates the Kitchen from the Breakfast Room. Extra wide board and batten planks tie the two areas together. A short hallway just beyond the fireplace leads to the garage, with the Laundry Room to the left and a Powder Room to the right. Note the Dutch door, a distinctive New England feature.
The Breakfast Room overlooks the back yard and the golf course. The pewter light fixture over the table is an authentic, hand-made New England-style reproduction (Vermont).
The Office/Den is immediately off the Living Room and features built-in bookshelves and its own fireplace. It also features views of the back yard and golf course. The Master Bedroom/Bath and Screened Porch are accessed from this room.
This screened bluestone porch has views of the back yard and the golf course and is wired for sound. It connects to the master bedroom with two sets of French doors, which can be left open for comfortable sleeping in the Spring and Fall.
This first floor Master Bedroom features its own fireplace and built-in bookcases. There is a double entrance to the Master Bath and a large walk-in closet, as well as French doors leading to the Screened Porch.
The Master Bath features a whirl pool tub, a large, separate shower with dual shower heads (overhead and wall), supported by 130 gallon capacity water heaters, private powder room and heated floors.
The master bath also includes a double vanity with Amish, custom-made cabinets, providing lots of storage. The vanity area connects to a large walk-in closet.
The backyard features two patios, one bluestone patio off the Living Room and a second brick patio off the Breakfast Room, which is covered by a Pergola with grape vines growing over the top. One of three trellis’ for climbing roses can be seen to the left.
The backyard provides an unobstructed view of the 15th and 16th holes of the Glen View Club. Stereo speakers flank both sides of the bluestone patio. An arbor stretches over the gate to the golf course.
This cottage play house matches the design features of main house, including a small cupola, a Dutch door, double-hung windows and shutters. Note the original swing set to the right.
